Tech Sheet:
PRODUCER: Under the inclemency of a markedly continental climate, although with a shy Atlantic temperament, withstanding a sharp thermal gradient between days and nights, with thermal records marking extreme values, and taking advantage of the troughs and bends of the undulations of the land in which an almost miraculous and favorable microclimate is generated, although with a pluviometric index of the most scarce of the wine regions of Spain, we find Bodegas Fariñas, founded in 1942. Its vineyards are cultivated in soils of different natures, sandy-clayey, sandy, and for the most part covered by a natural pebble tapestry of alluvium that during the night hours gives off the heat accumulated by solar radiation, favoring the vegetative cycle of the Vineyard and ripening of its fruit.
