Founder

Mr. Bassam “Sam” Assaad fueled by an overwhelming desire to revolutionize the wine business, founded Misa Imports in Dallas in 1998. Named for his children, Michael and Sarah, Misa was built by Sam, brick by brick, bottle by bottle and container by container. Since the very beginning, Sam has grown the business by staying true to his three guiding principles: transparent pricing, exceptional customer service, and top-quality products.

Misa imports and distributes a distinguished portfolio of wines from the world’s most established and prestigious wine regions and a variety of specialty spirits.

Eva Lopez

Founder

Ms. Eva López founded Cuvée trying to implement her knowledge on how she understands the wine world with her delicate personal vision. Following her principles of integrity and professionalism, she has traveled around the Spanish country sourcing for vines, trustworthy wineries and wines that respect terroir, fruit, traditional winemaking and of course exceptional value.

Cuvée team are all wine experts. Their principles encourage them to continually improve the quality and techniques of the winemaking, working together with the best qualified professionals in each appellation.
