O GARNACHA
GRAPE: Garnacha 70% Graciano 30%
APPELLATION: Rioja DOCa
VINIFICATION:
Garnacha is lightly crushed; Graciano fermented whole cluster. Alcoholic fermentation in 1,500L stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Malolactic in new 1–2yr French and American oak. Aged 11 months with biweekly bâtonnage, then rested in a 760L flextank.
TASTING NOTES:
Intense and bright cherry red colour Attractive combination of red berries with a sweet sensation typical of Garnacha, with the freshness structure and notes of black berries and spices of Graciano All this on a complex oak background with delicate smoky and sweet flavours.
FOOD PAIRING: Any kind of cured meats, as well as with soups, stews, poultry, rice or cheeses

PRODUCER: Our goal is to produce unique wines from our families’ vineyards with the utmost respect for their terroir and the concept of the harvester and his traditional winery. For this we want to personally pamper the grapes and be fully in contact with the process in the winery from the harvest to the marketing of the wine, something that is complicated on larger scales.
