VINIFICATION:
Fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks.

TASTING NOTES:

It’s a slightly reductive, fruit-driven white, fresh, balanced, clean and easy
to drink.
Basa is one of the pioneering wines to show the expression of a grape
variety, the ‘Verdejo’ that adapted to a continental climate gives rise to a
direct, fresh and expressive wine.

FOOD PAIRING: Bouillabaisse and rouille sauce with basil, ceviche, chicken, grilled fishes

PRODUCER: Since its origin, the main purpose of Compañia de Vinos Telmo Rodriguez is the use only of native varieties from original areas. This philosophy contrasts with the boom of the implantation of foreign varieties, practically throughout the Spanish vineyard. Another of the initiatives to which the project wants to pay special attention, also from its origins, is the recovery of forgotten vineyards.
