GRAPE: 80% Tempranillo – 20% Merlot


VINIFICATION: Hand harvested. Macerated for 25 days at 26-28ºC. Fermentation in stainless-steel for another 20 days

TASTING NOTES: High layer Very intense colour. On the nose very spicy and with black fruit. In the
mouth well armed, dense. Long and forceful finish. A wine with a long life ahead.

FOOD PAIRING: Roasted lamb, grilled chicken, mature cheeses, cold meat, pork stew.

Currently, the wines are produced from a selection of Tempranillo and Merlot grapes, from vineyards over 25 years old, and matured for a long time in oak barrels.
